After I graduated from Gallaudet University in 1982, I had been working as a Programmer/Analyst for public and private sectors for 17 years. In January 2000, I was laid off in January 2000 due to my Y2K tests' completion. So I went to a technical school for attending the A+ and MCSE classes. After that, I reviewed, took, and passed the tough exams; therefore, I got the certificates of A+,
MCP, MCSE, and MCDBA. On November 7, 2000, I established my computer service business. While I run the business, I realize that deaf people were glad to have my computer service because of our effective communication and good quality of my computer service. I am looking forward to expand my computer service soon.
