New Verizon Center Answers the Call for Customers With Disabilities

OXNARD, Calif. - When Verizon's Center for Customers with Disabilities
opens here today, Californians with disabilities will have access to a full
range of communications options.The center, Verizon's first on the West
Coast, will provide telecommunications services for people with hearing,
vision, mobility, speech and cognitive limitations. Next year, the company
plans to expand the center's services to millions of additional customers
from Hawaii to Florida.
