Louis Long is a active professional wrestler and Culinary cook who is best known by his ring name, The Silent Warrior.

He is currently employee as Culinary cook at the First Niagara Center Arena , Home of the NHL Buffalo Sabres pro sports teams

Silent Warrior began as a "babyface" wrestler in the 2010. His career as a "masked" wrestler.

The Silent Warrior, began in 2011 in Ontario, California. He used the power bomb on his way to the MATA wrestling championship on November 12,2011 in a win over Sawaterio, who convinced him that the mask gimmick would give him a large "push"

Silent Warrior made his International debut in 2011 in Tokyo, Japan.

Silent Warrior traveled to Japan for the first time, to wrestle with Sawaterio, in a match on November 26,2011 in Tokyo.

Silent Warrior went on to defend the title for 12 months.

Silent Warrior feud with Sawaterio in the most significant series of matches in USA/Japanese history.

He is the founded the Deaf Wrestling Alliance and member of the Cauliflower Alley Club.
